Why WE EXIST
As a response to the hiring difficulties that emerged during the COVID-19 pandemic, we created JOBVIEW 360° as a way to better qualify candidates and create better experiences for them and our clients. With the pandemic causing increased concerns around safety, we wanted to provide a solution that would allow candidates to get a realistic view of the job before starting, reducing friction and increasing preparedness. By providing a more immersive and detailed view of the job, we have been able to reduce turnover rates and provide our clients with a more efficient and effective staffing process.
